· UPP for LTS & Capability moved from PSD and will now come under the governance of the Performance Attendance Unit
· New MDP Line Manager guides and FAQ’s for Reasonable Adjustment to be published in November
· First Aid Mental Health Course for 16 officers being held at Wethersfield on 24th /25th Nov, DPF / PFOA partnership, a further course intended in the New Year for Scotland.
· Review of all Formal UPP cases that were handed over from PSD to see if they are SMART. Feedback& appropriate guidance given to line managers involved in the cases.
· Fortnightly presentations to the Leadership & Management Course WFD on how to manage LTS & Medical Capability and destigmatising UPP.
