Resources will be shared between the West Mercia and Warwickshire police forces to make savings of £30m pounds by 2015, it has been revealed.
A total of 661 posts will have gone across both regions by 2016, including 227 police officers.
Eric Wood, Warwickshire's Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner, described it as “the right thing”.
