We have made contact with DBS in relation to the 1% Pay Rise from 2017 which has an impact on amount of Statutory Holiday Pay (SHP) received by members.
DBS had been unsure how this enhancement could be made but through negotiations we have a way forward. It has now been decided that DBS will automatically pay the difference due to the 1% pay rise of 2017.
Members are not required to do anything at this time.
DBS will advise when members can expect to receive the enhancement in their pay.
In future any enhancement will be automatically included in your pay providing DBS can have an automated system in place.
