This circular is to remind you that you should now consider holding your AGM. These meetings will determine, by election, who will be your branch representative for the coming year.
Please remember that elected branch reps will be eligible to attend, as of right, the Federation's Annual Conference, so it is important should you aspire to that office, that you are prepared to attend Conference in Scotland in June of this year.
Station whose complement:
1-99 members are entitled to 1 Rep
100-199- are entitled to 2 Rep
200-299 are entitled to 3 Rep etc.
Once your elections have completed please return a NOT1 (which may be downloaded from the DPF web-site when logged in) together with the minutes of the meeting reflecting your election to:
