Following on from Circular 12/18 (issued 21st March) which provided members with an update on current issues around Scottish Income Tax, the Federation are now in a position to publish corespondence sent to the Minister for Defence Persons and Veterans, Rt Hon Tobias Ellwood MP, registering concerns raised by our Federation members and the Ministers subsequent reply.
