Results from civil service staff surveys can now be compared across departments thanks to an online tool from the government's spending watchdog.
Publishing a damning report today on the lack of diversity among senior civil servants, the National Audit Office has compiled data from 17 major departments.
A website allows users to compare responses under the survey headings, such as inclusion, and track progress over time.
It reveals the two largest departments, DWP and HMRC, as well as the Home Office and Passport Office were among the worst for staff saying they had experienced bullying or harassment at work.
In its report, echoing the findings of three reports published in March, the NAO says not enough has been done to improve diversity in the senior grades.
It adds that too much time elapsed between the Cabinet Office's previous diversity strategy and its most recent 'talent action plan’.
