This year’s National Police Memorial Day Service will be held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on Sunday 27th September. On Saturday 26th September a drinks reception is also to be held at the EICC.
Due to high attendance levels the organisers are asking for registrations before Saturday 15th August 2015.
The service on Sunday 27th September 2015, will commence at 1500hrs (the congregation must be seated no later than 1430hrs) The service will conclude about 1615hrs where refreshments will be served to the congregation.
Order of dress, number one uniform tunics/ lounge suits, medals and decorations may be worn.
There will be a dressing room provided at the EICC, for uniformed officers to change into their uniforms.
Order of dress for the drinks reception on Saturday 26th September, between 1830 -2030 hrs, will be lounge suits for Gentleman and equivalent for the ladies.
The Invitations for the service and drinks reception will be sent out separately, nearer to the event.
