We have received the attached information (ANNEX A) from Millstream regarding members who may be affected by the ongoing Hurricane in the Caribbean and the USA.
In the first instance members who may be affected should contact their tour operator or transport provider. Additional travel or accommodation expenses that cannot be refunded by the travel provider may be considered according to the policy wording.
If a member simply chooses to cancel their travel plans of their own accord, there is no cover under the policy.
If we receive any further updates, we will pass these on.
If any unusual scenarios arise, we will liaise with the insurers on a case by case basis.
