Further to our previous update, please be advised that due to circumstances beyond our control, from Wednesday 25th March we have been advised that there has been a disruption to the postal services delivered to DPF HQ.
We have taken steps to put an alternative method in place to receive any hard copy mail sent to DPF HQ, however, where possible, and until this activates, we must ask that all correspondence is sent electronically via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If any correspondence has been sent within the last week, please re-transmit electronically or make contact with us directly if acknowledgement of receipt has not been received.
As advised previously, DPF HQ staff are currently following government guidelines and working remotely.
All DPF telephone numbers and email addresses remain active.
We are reviewing our approach daily in line with the latest government announcements and will continue to keep you updated.
