The main business of conference is to consider the stewardship of the Federation by the National Executive Committee (NEC), as stated by them in the DPF Annual report.
Conference may question the NEC and either accept or reject each aspect of the report as presented to them by the National Officers or by the NEC portfolio holder.
It is conference that determines the policies of the Federation. Policies are usually decided by means of resolutions that originate from our branches or from the NEC. These resolutions are voted on by conference collectively and if successful, go on to form policy.
The Conference Agenda, and Motions are now available on the DPF website.
