It is with deep regret and sadness that we notify our membership of the loss of one of our longest, most loyal and productive representatives, Sergeant 2151 John Mansfield.
John served the Federation as a Branch Representative, an Area Representative, he covered for our Northern Area Secretary when we needed assistance as our temporary Northern Area Secretary, and also and most importantly was a stalwart Federation Friend, representing countless members when they needed assistance, in relation to misconduct and discipline.
Many members will know John and will remember him fondly and many will owe their career to his tenacious representation.
We are all less as a result of his passing and our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends at this sad time.

We have lost a loyal and strong friend and we all grieve for his passing.
The funeral will take place at 1500 hours, on Wednesday 12 April at the Three Counties Crematorium, Halstead Road, High Garrett, Braintree, Essex CM7 5PB.
