This years DPF Annual Conference returns to Manchester on 14/15 October. National Chairman Paul Trickey and Defence Minister Ivor Caplin will deliver keynote speeches.
In a change to the usual format the Chief Constable Lloyd Clarke will respond directly to a series of questions on important matters of immediate concern to the membership, they will include APT’s, random drug testing, age retirement, force funding and police pay reform issues including London allowances.
Other business will include the Chief Constable, ACC P&T and ACC Div Ops participating in an open forum session taking questions from delegates. In a separate session Marcus Navin will give a presentation on his new role as Force Doctor.
Fraternal delegates from the main police federations, also representatives from CM (MDP), the Police Committee as well as guests from our business connections will also be present.
