RULES REVISION YEAR
All are reminded that this year is a rules revision year. Any amendments proposed by branches to these rules must be with your respective Area and SSG Secretaries by no later than 15 June 05.

KENT POLICE, SPECIAL PRIORITY PAYMENT
It is understood that National Officers continue to receive queries from Kent based officers reference what our members seemingly term to be a “North Kent Allowance” Area Officers, have in the recent past spoken to Kent JBB office at Maidstone, who have confirmed to us that they have no allowance termed a North Kent allowance. What they believe our members are in fact referring to is, a Special Priority Payment, paid this year by Kent County Constabulary to those of it’s officers who serve in North and West Kent.
