The National Chairman and General Secretary attended The Police Federation of England and Wales Conference in Bournemouth. The main issues arising from the Conference were:

• Special Priority Payments.
• CSO’s.
• CBRN Training and Equipment.

The National Chairman visited all stations in Scotland and will be visiting all other Areas as the year progresses. He would like to thank Paul O’Neill (Northern Area Secretary) and all the officers who he met in Scotland for their hospitality and candour.
