    Superintendents’ Pay Agreement

    DPF have reached agreement with the Official Side over the increase to basic pay element of a PNB agreed package affecting Superintendents’ pay and conditions. Other elements including an allowance for high profile posts, progression through pay scales according to PDR assessment and a bonus scheme, is subject to further negotiation.

    Details of the pay increase will be published in Force Orders.
