Caretaker Vice Chairman appointed

Len McGuire has been appointed Caretaker Vice Chairman by the National Executive Committee.

Election for National Vice Chairman will take place at Annual Conference in November 2004 in accordance with DPF Rules.

Len has confirmed he will not be standing for the permanent post.
