Ministerial changes

Ivor Caplin MP becomes a Minister for Defence following the departure of Lewis Moonie from government. Details of the change were announced as part of the governments reshuffle of ministerial appointments.

Mr Caplin became member of parliament for Hove in 1997, and included among his departmental responsibilities is the portfolio for matters affecting MDP.
