to be held in St’ David’s
Hall Cardiff, on Sunday
2nd October 2005 .

Aim
- Remember police officers
who have been killed or died on
duty.
- Demonstrate to relatives
friends and colleagues of fallen
officers that their sacrifice is not
forgotten.
- Recognise annually the
dedication duty and courage
displayed by police officers.
Venue Info
Situated in the heart of
Cardiff, the capital city of Wales,
St David's Hall is the National Concert Hall and Conference Centre
of Wales, which is able to seat 2000 people.
Disabled visitors: Facilities for wheelchair users include a ramp
into the foyer, a lift with low-level buttons, level floors and toilet
facilities. Guests who are unable to walk should be dropped off
immediately outside the hall. Guide dogs are welcome.
Parking: There is no car park at St David’s Hall, but there are
several NCP car parks nearby. There are a few parking spaces for
those with disability stickers in Hills Street, which is off The Hayes,
adjacent to St David's Centre.

The venue is easy to reach:-
By road: Visitors can leave the M4 at junction 32 and follow the
A470 towards the city centre. (There is also a map available on the

By air: Cardiff airport is approximately 30 minutes drive away
By bus: The bus station is a five-minute walk away
By rail: Cardiff Central Station is five minutes walk away Cardiff
Queen Street Station is also just five minute’s walk.
