Qualifing Injuries

There have recently been a number of instances where members have, as a consequence of Industrial Accidents found themselves going onto half pay.

Your attention is drawn to the provisions of MoD Pensions Manual Chapter 6 Para 5. Anyone suffering an industrial accident or assault on duty solely attributable to the nature of their duty, must ensure that the necessary paperwork has been completed and forwarded to PPA Pensions in respect of their accident/assault.
