Circular 54/16, dated 05th September 2016 advised that DG HOCS had confirmed in writing, that the MOD would implement the 1% increase in the salary of federated ranks, the increase, being effective from the 1st September 2016.
However the department stated that there would be a delay in the payment process.
The DPF have been informed that the relevant increase will be included in the pay for the month May 2017, albeit backdated to the effective date 1st September 2016.
