We are pleased to inform you that the Department has agreed to implement this years 2% pay award to our salary and to London Weighting and Dog Handler allowances.

This will take effect from 01^stSept this year and DBS have been instructed to implement this as soon as is practicable.  Clearly this normally takes some time, but we will inform you of the proposed date as soon as we are informed.

The letter agreeing the increase is attached to this circular at Annex A.
